New day with a new update.
Added the ability to use the #BEGIN SERVERCODE and #END SERVERCODE code tags to make specific code work only on the server-side.
Went ahead and added the ability to include non-VS files in your project. Basically any type of text file can be included in the game and then loaded during runtime. The old World.loadResource function has been moved to a new static object known as Resource which deals with all resource related systems. To go with this new static object, a new function which lets you read the text of a loaded non-VS file has been added.
Resource.getFileText(pName) returns the text contained inside of the loaded text resource file with the name pName.
Any type of text file can be included in the project and can then be loaded and read during runtime. This means you can include HTML, CSS, JSON, and any other kind of pure text files in your projects without them being part of the actual code. Just remember to load it before you try to read it!
I also continued to work on my various game projects. Things are a bit slow right now, but things are getting done. Hopefully progress can pick up a lot more very soon!
Stay tuned.
